Our Mission and History
Since 1996, our facility has specialized in providing confidential, effective addiction treatment for licensed professionals in Nashville and throughout Tennessee. We founded our program recognizing that professionals face unique challenges in recovery requiring specialized treatment approaches.
Over nearly three decades, we've treated more than 3,000 professionals including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, attorneys, pilots, executives, dentists, and other licensed professionals. Our program has achieved exceptional outcomes, with completion rates exceeding 85% and long-term recovery rates surpassing national averages.
We pioneered several professional treatment innovations now considered standard practice: flexible intensive outpatient programming, licensing board coordination, professional-specific peer support groups, workplace re-entry planning, and career counseling integrated with addiction treatment.
